Travelodge by Wyndham Commerce Los Angeles Area

I had a comfortable stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Commerce. The room was clean, simple, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions and shopping areas. Overall, it was a good choice for a budget-friendly stay in the Los Angeles area.

This property is truly a gem, the negative reviews that you see is from the people that are not really welcome here because this property pride itself as a family and business oriented business, I have been coming here since 2008 and I am also diamond guest with many hotel chains like Hilton and Marriott. In my long experience with this property I give them 5 stars and in many aspects they are ahead of Hilton and Sheraton. I found the staffing much more courteous than all others, very friendly and flexible, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and tailor everything to your satisfaction, price is unbelievable for the service and very nice and nicely decorated and clean rooms, if you are looking for ladies of the night or recreational medicine then don't stay here, because this place is a real family and business hotel , that's why you see some angry customers who were disappointed and not welcomed writing the absolutely false reviews that you see, be nice convenient location, next to Starbucks, the famous landmark restaurant and cocktails Ozzie, commerce birria best Mexican food,seven eleven, AM PM, Denny's restaurant and the entertainment destination of los Angeles, largest shopping center of los Angeles CITADEL outlet center, COMMERCE casino, biggest and the most luxurious casino in LA, about 10 blocks away, near major freeway and shot distance from all teem parks, Disney land and others, beautiful pool and very clean and well maintained including family size Jacuzzi well secured parking lot patrolled by hotel mobile security and sheriff with their office a block away. this is a five star property and congratulations to Wyndham and Travelodge

I can see why this place is always booked. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. No bugs as far as I can tell. And the bed comfort are above average. The receptionist that checked us in on Mar. 14, 2022 was very helpful and kind. My only issues were: the toilet weak flush, the ac dropping in temperature, no breakfast (but at least they have coffee). I would definitely return. [Update: IMO this is still one of the good, "cheap" hotels in L.A. Please keep in mind this place needs some upgrades (mainly floor, toliet, shower head and the bed itself). The front side elevator is broken (but the rear one works). Still no breakfast the last time i was there. Love the staff and visitors are normally cool.]

The front desk staff I met which included Karla, Alexis, and Amy who were very pleasant and answered and provided promptly for every request I asked for. The rooms were newly renovated, clean, and had all amenities I required. The location was in the midst of LA county near all main destinations in Los Angeles area.

Room was clean, shower head at 6’. Small tv that had some dead pixels, 2 of the drawers on tv stand would not stay in. External hallways did have some stains on the ground but did not see trash overflowing. Seen the pool being cleaned daily. Area seems safe, does have some traffic noise.

Rooms are good enough for a night stay. Enough parking space. Check-in is available at night as well. 100$ deposit has to be paid which will be credited back to your account in 5-7 days. The room heater had a little bad smell while changing to heat mode.

Place was above than expected. Few minor hickups along the way but over all beter experience than most places I have stayed, and I have been staying in different Motels/Hotels as of late, I never have stayed at the same place twice, mainly for new experiences.

I came here to escape the fire and they were very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay. I saw other people say it’s dirty but I’m like… if there’s no bed bugs then that’s all I care about. I’d take random hair any day! Which by the way my room is clean, no bugs, perfect safe place to escape to. Services like pool and breakfast are currently not happening but again… I just needed a quiet safe place with internet. Thank you travelodge.
